Vapura Shipping Policy

1. Overview
We aim to process and ship orders quickly and reliably. This policy explains processing times, shipping options, delivery estimates, costs, tracking, international shipping, and what to do if a package is lost or damaged.

2. Order processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customizations or high-volume sale periods may extend processing to 3–5 business days. You’ll be notified if delays occur.
- Orders placed after the daily cutoff (2:00 PM local time) begin processing the next business day.

3. Shipping methods & carriers
- We use reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on destination and service selected.
- Available speeds: Standard Ground, Expedited (2–3 day), and Overnight (where available).

4. Domestic (U.S.) delivery estimates
- Standard: 3–7 business days (ground).
- Expedited: 2–3 business days.
- Overnight: 1 business day (orders must meet cutoff and carrier availability).
Estimated delivery begins after processing is complete.

5. International delivery estimates
- Standard international: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Expedited international options available in checkout where supported.
- International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, local carrier processing, or other delays.

6. Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, selected service level, and destination.

7. Tracking
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Use that tracking number on the carrier’s website to check delivery status.
- International shipments may show limited tracking once they leave the origin country.

8. Duties, taxes & customs (International)
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in order prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before ordering.

9. PO Boxes & APO/FPO
- We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS (where permitted). Expedited or certain carriers may not deliver to PO Boxes—choose an appropriate shipping method at checkout.

10. Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) and contact us within 7 days with photos and order number.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us.
We’ll open a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund decisions depend on carrier investigation results and proof of non-delivery.

12. Changes & cancellations
- Need to change or cancel an order? Contact admin@vapura.us immediately. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes; return options may apply.
